  1. No License Code received after paying renewal license through Digital River

    as per attached receipt from Digital River, I paid for my renewal licence on 9th February 2021 but did not receive any new license code. This same thing happened last year, and it would be great if this obvious communication problem between your company and Digital River would be finally resolved. Meanwhile I am looking forward to receiving my new license code from you without further delay.
    Today, 19th February 2021 I still have not received my License Code despite one e-mail and one reminder sent to [email protected]
    Is there anybody to help?

  3. MALWARE HUNTER WON'T RECEIVE UPDATES

    When ever I go to Update or get ant-virus patch. I say no internet found no connection. My internet and LAN connect great. It's just this program!!!

  6. Startup Manager not compatible with Windows 10

    The Startup Manager isn't compatible with Windows 10. In Windows 10 you can disable apps startup in the Task Manager (set to disabled). But unfortunately the disabled items show up as enabled in Glary Utilities' Startup Manager. It needs some rewriting.

  8. Cancel My Subscription and Refund

    Cancel my auto subscription and give me a refund. This is not the first time I have had to do this. I did NOT authorize this and it is ridiculous that I have to go through these hoops to stop you from trying to take my money. This is borderline criminal and the next time this happens it will be handled through PayPal.

  11. Installation problem

    Installation problem
    I un-installed a previous version of Glary, downloaded gu5setup.exe and restarted my pc. When I went to reinstall the program I get a 'pop-up' window: " Glary Utilities 5.148 Setup Please restart the computer in case of an incomplete installation!"
    I restarted the pc again and still get the same message.
    What should I do? :-)

  12. 100% Disk tab

    One of the things that really slows my computer down is when it gets to 100% disk in the task manager. There are several websites and YouTube videos that show how to turn things off like indexing, the scheduled disc scanning built into Windows 10, etc. I would like to see a tab that could be clicked that would either automatically do all of those fixes or you could select them one at a time.

    From more than 60 years of work in the world of data processing, one thing I learned is to not overload the user with useless information. Just as an aside, I started with IBM in 1963 and retired as Marketing Manager for 3M/COMTAL, an image processing hardware/software vendor in the 1980s before I retired. Now at 91, 92 in January, I am have more than a little trouble reading font that is both too small and too light. Bold, black, 14 point works so much better for old eyes.

    Do keep up the excellent system design and implementation. My congratulations…
