  1. Add "delete all duplicates only" option

    When I receive results from the "Scan for duplicates files", those results always include the original with each file. I.E. result lists 600 files and each one lists 600 originals and 600 (or more) duplicates.
    This requires us to open each result and choose the duplicate file(s) to be deleted. VERY time consuming.
    That effort can simply be eliminated by having the "Exclude originals" option truly exclude originals in the search results. Currently the "Exclude originals" has no apparent effect on the search results.
    Or, at least add an "Exclude originals" option in a dropdown list on the "Delete checked…

    You can right click “Documents” or “Pictures” to choose Check Intelligent and then click “Delete checked files”(attachment).

  4. 1) Running Glarysoft's One Step maintenance has disabled Win Office 365. Twice!

    When will you fix Glarysoft Utilities, so it does not destroy Office 365.
    I had to reinstall Office 365 twice, each time after running Glarysoft 1 step maintenance. I thought you would be smart enough to determine which temp files Office 365 relies on, but that's not the case.

    A utility that ruins stuff is exactly what we don't need! Work on it!

    2) Why does your utility no include a process killer? So that one can simply get rid of a process that is stuck, and can't be stopped with Win Task Manager, or by "X-ing" it out. That's…

    If it is caused by using Glary Utilities, maybe you can use the “undo changes” or “system restore” under “system status” to recover the files on the Advanced Tools page.
    Here are the steps to add a registry to the ignore list:

    1. Run Registry Cleaner in Module(click repair under windows registry on advanced tools tab)—>Scan for problems, click the Close button.

    2. View the scan results one by one and find out the registry about your software. Click it and choose Exclude the entry always(never find again). Then Glary Utilities will not scan this registry any more.

    You can manage the Ignore list at the left panel.

    By the way, what is your OS? WIN10 32 bit or 64 bit?

  11. Startup Manager has guidance on programs but not on applications and windows services that start up which

    I currently have a 2 minute5 second start up time. I have reduced the startup programs to 5. The problem seems to be the 18 out of 35 applications and 64 out of 247 windows services that startup. Your program does not provide guidance on which of if any of the applications and windows services are needed. Please don't tell me to read your optimization article. The only help it gives is to use the startup manager to optimize performance. I have done that with the start up programs but need guidance with applications and windows services. Thank you.

    Hi there. Today, I installed Quick Search, (Ver. 5.35.1.132). A major contribution to the program could be addition of a preview panel. Second, I felt like no indexing is built and my key words are not searched "in" the files. If I am wrong and the program searches "in" files, in addition to solely their names, please let me know.   13. So SLOOooow on Android...why?

    Have used for many years and helped many people with this program, I should get a commission LOL. But I downed it to my wifes cell, a one yr old moto g power, and it never finished 1st scan. Cell is almost nude, very little on it. ??

  14. keeps deleting some info Geforce Experience must need?

    The registry cleaner keeps removing some files after installing Geforce. These entries must be needed because after removing these. Geforce will not log you in and will not start? Gives error code?

You can run Glary Utilities → Registry Repair(You can click “repair” under “Window registry” on Advanced Tools Tab.), click “Scan registry for problems”, then click “Close”(don’t click “Repair”), then click menu “File”→“Export”, save it as a file and send the file to me.

    In glarysoft's quick search you can add an option to use minus ( - ) sign to exclude a specific word from search results. eg: avenger -end game (-end game will exclude results containing word "end game"). Just like we use minus sign in google search to exclude results with a specific word.

    having problems with the Uninstaller Programme.Running W7 Home 32 bit. Find it Won"t Uninstall a Programme, ie IO Bit Malware Fighter 8, the file ref is "C:\Program Files\IObitMalwareFighter\unins000.exe"

  20. after release 5.162 boot time wrong

    Up to and including release 5.162 Glary gave the boot time of my PC as around 92% of the fastest. After release 5.162 the boot time is now always given as around 20% of the fastest. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling (in fact if I reinstall 5.162 the boot time is again 92%).
    So this new number is solely due to the release of Glary, nothing to do with the rest of the system.
    This same problem is true on both Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
    Any ideas what can be done?

    When you download it, please try to stop running your anti-virus software for a while.

    Please try to uninstall the current version on your pc. Please make sure all the files under “C:\Program Files\Glary Utilities 5” are deleted. Then restart the PC.

    Then download and install a new copy of our program(not the previous one saved on your pc). That may solve this problem.
