How can we improve our products?

  1. Make payment fool proof.

    WHEN RENEWING MY VERSION OF GU 5.94 .116 LICENSE, I ended up getting double billed on my bank statement. Was told when i made the purchase that I wouldn't be charged for a year for the services rendered. I simply want the $21.62 transferred back into my account. I have made contact with support twice now. my first license was suppose to be a life time coverage, I'm wondering why I was contacted to renew my service? Just saying. I don't mind paying for your offers, but only once.lol. Thank you for your time and efforts, Carolyn Byrd.

    You can find the license code in your email that you used when you bought Glary Utilities Pro.

    Is your key one-year license code?

    If you can not find it in your mail box, would you please send us the related information that can show you have bought glaysoft license, such as your order number, the order invoice and what date you bought the license code? Thanks.
