I have been having trouble recovering my License # and maybe having accounts would be a good idea.

    If you can not find it in your mail box, please send us the related information that can show you have bought glaysoft license, such as your order number, the email address and what date you bought the license code. Thanks.

        I bought a one year subscription to Glary Utilities Pro on December 26, 2016, Order # 3E85G66-A8VL22. I received an email dated 3/22/2017 indicating my subscription for Glary Utilities Pro 50% Off has been cancelled. Why? I was able to down load and install Pro Version 5.72 but am wondering why I got the cancellation message. Please advise.

        It'd be nice if I could simply UPDATE without having to start all over again, everytime I clean-up my laptop.
