Tools that do nothing but open
Many of the tools in your large list would be beneficial if they worked, had easy-to-find dropdowns that made it easier to locate, explain what could be done. Having a large tool list may look impressive but working effective, clear options to chose from would be useful vs. looking powerful I have used this program for several years and the number of updates one would assume this would be the total working package. When I download an update the two choices are yours and CNET. CNET downloads are useless and my system flags yours as harmful. The notifications on my other programs needed to be updated every time I go to update it states this program is currently up to date.
I have learned over the years with any download free vs pay the only difference is you spend money and what you get is usually things you will never use. Especially in security suites, my gosh the lowest reviews are usually the most expensive. The only time it appears after a scan with free they provide so many issues found. This is after scanning with several paid where nothing was found. If you chose to pay and see what happens. After they have your money and you go to fix issues, update drivers, etc. 70% are not compatible or in other words the setting of scam hook.
I do like your program and after getting input from everyone else who is using the same issue across the group is? I can not perform any task that this tool does either due to it won't work or nowhere can we find how to do this. We can run both your and CC cleaner switching who we run first and every time both find things the other did not. Is it just impossible for one program to fix all issues? Maybe it's due to we have never found a program to be the rock star. You read why they are the best to remove clean up all these programs that require so much space and you think we will try this one. Then you download and realize they are #1 at filling the download with more junk and very little actual useful tool. Forget trying customer service, apparently companies strive to find CS reps who are highly trained in knowing nothing and having an attitude that could piss off the dead.
My idea is you obviously doing updates very often and the explanation of why and what was added is vague. Plus I never have seen a difference or the toolbox has a new working tool that does enhance performance. Your tool even the free is about as good as it gets and still has a long way to go. It would be hard to clean and maintain a system that is filled with operating systems ie: windows which is a mess and full of problems that never get fixed or addressed by Gates because he is spending all his time promoting his vaccine so he can screw up your computer and life. Then every program a person download is like putting gravy on crap and banking on people who want looks not taste. The fact is all companies in this arena have 1 thing in common and this would be tech support, any certified OS people who reply when someone asks for help and the question needs no clarification. All respond exactly the same, they never answer, provide help, know anything but 100% of them are without a doubt full-blown pricks who prove they are dicks with keyboards.
Thanks for reminder, What is the deal with every company in the tech industry needing for any one to ask question, post comment or need help. You can't do any of it without first providing email, then verifying, submitting code sent to your number, then two levels of secure verify, checking boxes that contain streetlights, or look for the spec of dirt on the window and check that box. Can you all just accept a comment, question, etc without adding more annoying crap and 1 time not be a pest? Crap everyone of you all sells our data, information. How about having one of the pricks in CS look it up?
Thanks for your letter.
Generally speaking, we release two new versions in a month. And there maybe some data updates every few days.
