Question: Is Glarysoft known for crashing Microsoft 365 (Specifically Office 365 Excel and Word) and if yes, what is being done about it?
In addition, is Malwarebytes known for having the above effect?
Finally, is Avast Internet security known for having this effect?
I simply would like to narrow down who or what is the culprit behind this. Of course, Microsoft could be at fault as well (How? Duh! by putting necessary startup files in vulnerable folders like TEMP, or whatever it is they are doing)
Any ideas on this issue would be welcome. Microsoft, of course, does not talk, respond or act upon any inquiries, so it's hopeless to ask them.

Thank you for your letter.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience firstly.
If it is caused by using Glary Utilities, maybe you can use the “undo changes” or “system restore” under “system status” to recover the files on the Advanced Tools page.
Here are the steps to add a registry to the ignore list:
1. Run Registry Cleaner in Module(click repair under windows registry on advanced tools tab)—>Scan for problems, click the Close button.
2. View the scan results one by one and find out the registry about your software. Click it and choose Exclude the entry always(never find again). Then Glary Utilities will not scan this registry any more.
You can manage the Ignore list at the left panel.
By the way, what is your OS? WIN10 32 bit or 64 bit?
If you meet any problem when you install or use it, could you please send us some screen shots? Thanks.
If you need further help, please feel free to contact us.

Win 10 64 bit 8GB RAM AMD Ryzen 4 core CPU.
I have not used Glarysoft's cleanup function since the Office365 problem. Because once this happens, one cannot uninstall Office 365, cannot reinstall Office 365 until one receives an obscure Office cleanup utility from MSFT, and it takes hours and hours to figure this out. Likewise I have not run Malwarebytes concurrently with Office 365, to prevent a recurrence.
I do not wish to send you a screen shot, because the message "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close" means that another whole workday is gone for good.
Why the heck don't you test Office 365 with Glarysoft, run a "cleanup unnecessary files" routine, and see what the result it. By the same token, you might as well try it with and without Malwarebytes running. Isn't that your job, to figure out what is and what is not compatible with something?
