its ok - would be better still if it would uninstall programs when the programs own uninstaller asks for a disk you dont have!
The windows uninstaller shows the size of the program, it would be good if AA did this and allowed you to sort by that so the resource hogs are listed first!
I am trying to uninstall McAfee Live safe a programme i bought on 23/08/2014 from Currys/PC World Wrexham @ 11:31 when I purchased a ASUS Memopad. This transaction was paid for with my HSBC VISA card.
I believe between the puchase date & installing this disk it was infected by possibly a virus. Because from 1/12/2014 until yesterday 13/12/2014 I have had my laptop repeatedly hacked by persons unknown. I have used other trusted software (glarysoft pro) & purchased other software as required. finally I am very happy with my Panda Anti virus & internet protection software. I have also been assisted by google.bg along this time consuming battle of wills. All I want now is to remove the McAfee Live safe & secure key; both have played little or no part in evicting these hackers from my system. I recently tried to print the McAfee SafeKey User Guide but it was 78+ pages of rubbish & blank pages. I have just recovered the first 15 to 20 pages frommy bin. Which i would be more than happy to forward to you.
