Conflict with Total Defense security suite
Recently installed "Total Defense" security suite. Worked great, but then wouldn't update. A message came up like, "Unable to determine product eligibility. Even re-entered product key. No good. Three times I spent over an hour with an iYogi tech. He found a registry problem and repaired my registry. Had to uninstall TD, re-install it, and re-boot. Finally I figured it out. If I ran Glary and did registry fixer, the Total Defense would be corrupted. (Did system restore, and TD worked fine.) I always liked Glary Utilities, used it for years. Is there a fix??
I think the first thing you should do is to is to install a good backup software in your pc. I can recommend you to take backup from "Ahsay software" as its really a reliable software.
