A customer can either contact Customer Service by email to cancel the automatic renewal service or he/she can do it online by following these steps:
1. Go to https://cs.mycommerce.com/
2. Enter the E-Mail Address associated with the order
3. Then enter the Order Number – or – the Last 5 Digits of Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Transaction Date
4. Click “Submit”
5. Click on the Order ID
6. Click on the Product Name
7. Under Subscription Information, click “cancel subscription”
