Registry Defrag cancels out at 63%?
My idea? Tell me/us why Registry Defrag will cancel out to the "Start Button" Screen, after reaching 63%. I queried this with Customer Service approximately 3-4 Updates ago. I have a Homebuilt Desktop, Dell Laptop, and an HP Desktop. They are ALL CURRENT/Up To Date (Kept that way). Still, after months, no response to my query, and no ?improvements? to Glary Reg. Defrag. Can something POSITIVE be done about this?

When you download and install Glary Utilities, please stop running any antivirus software for a monent.
Please try to uninstall the current version on your pc. Please make sure all the files under “C:\Program Files\Glary Utilities 5” are deleted. Then restart the PC.
Then download and install a new copy of our program(not the previous one saved on your pc). That may solve this problem.

By the way, what is your Operating System: WIN10 32 bit or 64 bit?
