very unhappy with support. no resolution to problem just emails telling me thanks for reporting my problem. and a promise to do better soon
I would suggest some support that is not a suggestion that the problem is mine and that I should format my PC.

Have very bad eyesight and do not appreciate the changes you have made to deleting e-mail I preferred the trash can symbol to help make it easier. Not happy with Any of the new format!!!
