        You can put Glary Utilities in the white list now, and try to update Avira in time.

        I installed your product on another drive,

        and walked away.

        In my absence, it launch an internet browser,
        to a severely over-coded MONEY-centric webpage !

          My PC boots up from power ON to usable usually 45 seconds or less, it says 3.45 Seconds???? Advanced System Care Gets it right?? I don't know why Glarysoft can not? Thank you...

            Please try to uninstall the current version on your pc. Please make sure all the files under “C:\Program Files\Glary Utilities 5” are deleted. Then restart the PC.

            Then download and install a new copy of our program(not the previous one saved on your pc). That may solve this problem.

            Using Win 10 Pro Version 1803 (Insider). Before loading 1803 I was getting 29 seconds to load - after 1803 (yesterday) I am getting 3 MINUTES & 20 Seconds Load. Latest version of Glary Pro Version. System is NOT taking that amount of time (reporting is very incorrect). I assume there will be a update coming to Glary.

                  Due to computer issues, I have 17,000 duplicate files. I can only delete them one at a time. Have you never heard of the Ctrl or Shift Key?

                      Been trying everything to fix issues, System restore stopped working, and I just purchased the whole Pro bundle. I have a repair disc, that came with my purchase via US postal. However... it came without instructions. Afraid to load the disc.. I do not want to loose my filed and folders.

                        When attempting to purchase a Pro license, clicking the Buy Now takes the user to a Digital River shopping cart. This shopping cart includes an option to buy "Download Protection" which claims the following:

                        (1) Download Protection will provide the product for download for 2 years

                        (2) Without Download Protection, the download will no longer be available after the download period

                        Having Download Protection for 2 years might mislead a customer into believing they will be getting 2 years of Pro license for the additional charge when they won't.

We always update the software in a few days, and if we collect money for new version, users’ code can not work on the new version. And some users do not want to update and just keep the older version.

                          I have noticed that your 'Glary Utilities' says I have updates when none are found. I am using 64bit versions of programs like dvdfab that also use 32bit versions. I think your program gets confused, assuming there is an update for me when it's actually the 32bit version that has updates. Everytime I check, it says I am up-to-date with updates. It's the 32bit versions that have updates, not the 64bit.

                                My idea? Tell me/us why Registry Defrag will cancel out to the "Start Button" Screen, after reaching 63%. I queried this with Customer Service approximately 3-4 Updates ago. I have a Homebuilt Desktop, Dell Laptop, and an HP Desktop. They are ALL CURRENT/Up To Date (Kept that way). Still, after months, no response to my query, and no ?improvements? to Glary Reg. Defrag. Can something POSITIVE be done about this?

                                        Periodically I get notifications from Glarysoft when I open Glary Utilities that a certain software on my computer needs to be updated and here's the link. When I click on the link I get the message: "Your program is now downloading" - "If it doesn't start in five seconds . . ." It has been weeks since I was able to use the download link, via your software to actually download anything - including Glary Utilities. Yes, I have downloaded the "Free Update Detector".

                                          I am running windows XP but the updater keeps showing me updates for windows 7-10 ( Chrome & Firefox ) which is not a problem since i learned how to ignore them,i was just curious as to why SU couldn't detect my OS.
