  1. Customer Service

    Without Prejudice.

    I honestly and genuinely believe, from my recent experience that "Customer Service", (Faith Lee) is absolutely appalling.
    "Faith Lee did NOT address the matters and/or issues.
    This individual ignored matters and there is still NO resolution.
    I have loyally used Glary Utilities for some time, this is how loyalty to a brand is rewarded.
    I recommend NOT to use this product, based purely on indifferent "Customer Service", (Faith Lee); find an alternative!!!

        The issue is:
        Profile notification of event Load for component {B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB} failed, error code is See Tracelogging for error details.

        • PRO auto-update doesn't work...not much of a feature.

          I've got the Pro version and have checked "Automatically download updates in the future" in Settings.

          But, when I'm told there's a new version of the tool, I'm still sent to the website to download the newest version and install it myself.

          So, is this a placeholder for a future feature, or is it bugged?

          • You're driving me crazy!!!

            After paying for the PRO update, I click on Activate now and I end up on your website. No updating, just Download, etc. Even after I finally figured out how to enter the new activation number and clicking on "Update now to version...", I end up on "How to" webpage. I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST VERSION!!!

                  if there were a way of entering name of file in library instead of looking through the 600 pages that some of the letters have it would help.

                    After my credit card was charged without authorization I have contacted the Washington State Attorney General about fraudulent billing practices.
                    Really liked the program but will un-install and advise friends to never install. This notice will also be posted on any and all social medias.

                              If it is caused by using Glary Utilities, maybe you can use the “undo changes” or “system restore” under “system status” to recover the files on the Advanced Tools page.

                              Here are the steps to add a registry to the ignore list:

                              1. Run Registry Cleaner in Module(click repair under windows registry on advanced tools tab).

                              2. View the scan results one by one and find out the registry about your software. Click it and choose Exclude the entry always(never find again). Then Glary Utilities will not scan this registry any more.

                              You can manage the Ignore list at the right corner.

                              By the way, what is your OS: WIN10 32 bit or 64 bit?

                            • You really should consider updating the defragmenter for SSDs.

                              Add auto detection of SSDs, with the ability to select the appropriate SSD task. TRIM is the most obvious.

                                    It would be great if the Glary Utilities (free and paid editions) could be made available through the Windows 10 App Store - with automatic updates, and ability to subscribe through the app.
