How can we improve our products?

  1. quicksearch could not find file on MacBookPro Windows10

    It's very strange, quickserach works fine on my desktop PC windows10,
    but On my Macbookpro windows10,it could not find a file that really exists in my d: drive, I don't kown why

    • Windows boot times became 3 minutes 20 seconds after October update (version 1809)

      Used to be 20~ 30 seconds only on windows version 1703... though it says 3 minutes 20 seconds, i didn't feel it is any slower than before...please fix the bug...

        • problem issue in duplicate files finder selector

          when i use duplicate files finder utility it shows list of all files but when i click on check intelligent only single file selected . i think old version selects all files intelligently single file

          • Can I ask a Question?

            Why does File Undelete in Glary Utilities crash? I have tried using it a dozen times and it crashes on about 83.99 percent

              When you download and install Glary Utilities, please stop running any antivirus software for a monent.

              Please try to uninstall the current version on your pc. Please make sure all the files under “C:\Program Files\Glary Utilities 5” are deleted. Then restart the PC.

              Then download and install a new copy of our program(not the previous one saved on your pc). That may solve this problem.

              By the way, what is your Operating System: WIN10 32 bit or 64 bit?

              I am very happy with your software, but got very disappointed to see my account charged without notification. Based on this I canceled my subscription on your product.
              Please implement a system to give people options to renew, only to renew on confirmation.
              Happy to renew once in place.

                    I want disk cleanup to remove app data and program data from uninstalled programs.

                      • Regarding File Shredder

                        The file shredder seems like cannot handle and delete folders inside folders or empty folders. It will keep giving errors no matter what I did.
                        It would be a mandatory to enable direct file shredder in the right click context menu when right click on recycle bin since most of the times users directly delete the files by throwing them into recycle bin instead.

                            • faster disk clean?

                              The cache disk cleaning rate is very slow...used to be faster. I am not subscribing to the paid version for that reason. I don't need to run disk clean when I'm working on other things. I can do it at a break. But these cleans can take an hour or more as they are set now!

                              Why not have 2 versions or two speeds.: 1 as fast as possible, even if it takes all the computing power. Get the job done in 5 minutes or so.

                                    constant updating just complicates my licensing. renewal should come at end contract agreement.not at every update. you turn a decent investment into a questionable mistake.i'm sure you are honorable just questionable.prove yourselves and be upstanding. honor my license, please.
