How can we improve our products?

              I am very happy with your software, but got very disappointed to see my account charged without notification. Based on this I canceled my subscription on your product.
              Please implement a system to give people options to renew, only to renew on confirmation.
              Happy to renew once in place.

                I cannot find a summary of differences between the basic free Glary Utilities and Glary Utilities Pro on your website. What does Pro do beyond the free version? I recommend you post a page with a list of the 20+ tools for each which clearly shows the difference between them. The screen shots at the top of each page are unreadable in detail.

                  • how to check if " fixed files" are being defragmented by Glary?

                    At computer, has many ' light blue' files that Glary says they can't be moved, "fixed files' from Windows (here it´s Windows Ultimate 7). The other type files seems to be defrag normally. How can I check if these "fixed files" were defrag ?
                    Thank you for not responding my question about how many free space Glary needs to defrag fully programs on HD.

                      • Windows boot times became 3 minutes 20 seconds after October update (version 1809)

                        Used to be 20~ 30 seconds only on windows version 1703... though it says 3 minutes 20 seconds, i didn't feel it is any slower than before...please fix the bug...

                        • Bug: Check Disk only works on 1st of the multiple selected volumes

                          If selecting more than one volume, Check Disk only performs functions on the selection closest to the top of the list of selected items. The rest of the volumes are ignored, and are reported as "No errors found", even though the Disk Check did not run on the rest of the items.

                                    I generally like the software, but not being able to cancel my auto renewal easily and finding no information on it throws some serious scammy red flags to me, and will ensure I never purchase the product again.

                                    • Windows startup option

                                      Although option "Load Glary Utilities automatically on Windows startup" is marked in "General Settings" the utilities are NOT started up automatically with Windows. The problem occurs with W7/W8.1/W10 since some version of the utilities some weeks/months ago.

                                      Due to me, this is a bug in the behaviour and not an idea/improvement.

                                            There is a Restore Center in our program. After doing Registry cleaner and other clean operations with glary, you could restore them. But make sure you have not deleted the operation record in the restore center before you undo it.

                                            First, open GU, click Restore deleted files Under File management(attachment); choose the disk, and search; for easy find the files you want, you can choose the Folder or files types, and check up the box you want to restore; finally click restore.

                                            By the way, you’d better save the founded files to another drive.
