        • Be able to manage my account

          I would like to buy software for two computers but I am only able to see where I have an autopay for one computer. And, I don't see what credit card is on file and am not sure the one you have is active. There should be a way to enter into my account and make changes if necessary to my account.

            You can use one code on your 3 PCs.

            You should use the license code to activate the program, and then you can enjoy GU pro.

            First, please download the Pro version from the link: http://download.glarysoft.com/gup5setup.exe

            When you run Glary Utilities after installing it, click “Manage License/Upgrade Now” button under the “Overview” tab.

            A a box will pop up, click “Switch License”, and then enter your name and the registration code, finally click “Activate Now”.

          • Quick Startup not starting anything. Can you add a "Run Now" option?

            I recently installed Quick Startup v5.10.1.141 on a Windows 10 64 bit computer with 32 GB RAM. When my computer reboots, none of the items listed in Quick Startup are being launched. I don't know why. I am not able to disable my antivirus (as I saw suggested to other questions.) While I'm scratching my head it would be nice if I could force applications to launch from this interface.

            I suggest that you add a feature to the application like "Run Now" where it will load all of the applications that are marked as delayed, and maybe a right-click…

              • You really should consider updating the defragmenter for SSDs.

                Add auto detection of SSDs, with the ability to select the appropriate SSD task. TRIM is the most obvious.

                        When you download and install Glary Utilities, please stop running any antivirus software for a monent.

                        Please try to uninstall the current version on your pc. Please make sure all the files under “C:\Program Files\Glary Utilities 5” are deleted. Then restart the PC.

                        Then download and install a new copy of our program(not the previous one saved on your pc). That may solve this problem.

                          • Tracks Eraser is deleting extension settings in Chrome.

                            The extension is called Stylish. Tracks Eraser removes all of the settings in this extension. Glary Utilities Pro used to not do this, before version 5.113.0.138. Hope this can be fixed soon.

                            • i only want free updates, I resent the Free Driver update that only shows the drivers that need updated which will be done for a fee!

                              there are some of us users that cannot afford features that cost money. I am sure you find that hard to believe. I like the free updates to the existing program and appreciate the free downloads. but I resent the looping back and forth to the winzip drive updates which keep popping up during my Free update download.                                 When you bring out a new version, why not show what you have improved or what is new. I have searched but cannot find a link to show what has been improved.
